You can upgrade to a 2.0-liter engine with 168 horsepower, but you're still looking at more of a daily driver than a high-performance car. Fortunately, it is available in both manual and automatic transmission styles and functions reliably for both commuters and those who are driving long distances.

The 2019 Toyota corolla includes TSS-P, this suite of safety technologies help make the road much safer. These include not only standard features like front and side-impact airbags, but a bevy of newer features that really do make drivers much safer while they're on the road. These features include forward collision warning, active lane control, and even sign detection. Those are all standard inclusions, too - you won't have to upgrade to the higher-level trim just to get a safer ride.
