Chinese lanterns have long symbolized good fortune and it has become an ancient tradition to light these lanterns in a group setting, where they are launched into the air for all to see. This practice has spawned numerous festivals over the year, and on November 19, 2016, one of these signature events, the Lantern Fest, will take place in Ennis at Texas Motorplex.

In partnership with ZAK Products®, this fundraiser is being held to honor and raise money for fallen officers in the Dallas Police Department (DPD), including those who lost their lives in the July 7th tragedy. We’ll also be unveiling ZAK’s “Back the Blue” #83 NASCAR that is set to race in the AAA 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.

Interbrand’s 2016 “Best Global Brands” list has been released and we can proudly report that Toyota has once again been named the most valuable automotive brand. The manufacturer was the only automaker and Asian brand to make it into the top five, making its inclusion even more rewarding.
