Lantern Fest to Light Up Texas Motorplex

Chinese lanterns have long symbolized good fortune and it has become an ancient tradition to light these lanterns in a group setting, where they are launched into the air for all to see. This practice has spawned numerous festivals over the year, and on November 19, 2016, one of these signature events, the Lantern Fest, will take place in Ennis at Texas Motorplex.

Back the Blue Event and Fundraiser to Honor Dallas Police Department & Fallen Officers

Please mark your calendars and join us Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 at 2pm for our Back the Blue event. In partnership with ZAK Products®, this fundraiser is being held to honor and raise money for fallen officers in the Dallas Police Department (DPD), including those who lost their lives in the July 7th tragedy. We’ll also be unveiling ZAK’s “Back the Blue” #83 NASCAR that is set to race in the AAA 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.

Toyota of Dallas Helps Local Woman Get Back On Her Feet Through "Recycled Rides" Program

Six years ago, Elizabeth Gomez (4th person from right to left in photo above) and her three daughters were living in a car. With perseverance and help from family and friends, they were on the road to a brighter future, until Gomez got some devastating news. In 2014, she was diagnosed with cancer. After several surgeries and chemotherapy, things started looking better again for the family, and she has now taken a part-time job, providing assistance to the elderly.
