Please mark your calendars and join us Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 at 2pm for our Back the Blue event. In partnership with ZAK Products®, this fundraiser is being held to honor and raise money for fallen officers in the Dallas Police Department (DPD), including those who lost their lives in the July 7th tragedy. We’ll also be unveiling ZAK’s “Back the Blue” #83 NASCAR that is set to race in the AAA 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.
The unveiling will include light bites and special remarks from DPD Chief Pughes, ZAK Founder and CEO Vic Keller, and family members of fallen officer Michael Krol. You’ll get the chance to take a picture with the car and purchase raffle tickets for pit passes, t-shirts and more. All proceeds will directly benefit the Assist the Officer Foundation.
We hope to see you Nov. 2nd from 2-4pm at Toyota of Dallas. If you cannot attend the event, we hope you’ll still consider donating to the cause by visiting www.atodallas.org to help us support the families of all fallen officers. For every $25 donated, you will receive a ZAK Backs the Blue t-shirt and a raffle entry to win two (2) tickets and two (2) Hot Passes to the AAA Texas 500 Race at Texas Motor Speedway on November 6th. Please note that you must include “ZAKBackstheBlue” in the comments section of your donation to be eligible to receive a t-shirt and raffle entry.
