The 2025 RAV4 is available in four trims: LE, XLE, XLE Premium, and Limited. The LE trim comes well-equipped with an 8.0-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Standard features also include LED headlights, a six-speaker audio system, and cloth seating for a comfortable ride.

Upgrading to the XLE trim adds more convenience, such as dual-zone automatic climate control and an eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat. The Smart Key System with push-button start makes access and ignition effortless.

For a more refined experience, the XLE Premium trim features SofTex seating surfaces and stylish 19-inch alloy wheels. A power liftgate and a power tilt/slide sunroof also come standard, enhancing both style and practicality.
