2017 Toyota RAV4 Overview

If you're in the market for a new crossover, look no further than the 2017 Toyota RAV4 in Dallas. New Trims to Choose From

Buyers of the standard RAV4 models can select from five trims: LE, XLE, SE, Limited and the new range-topping Platinum. The RAV4 Hybrid is offered in three trims: XLE, the newly added SE and Limited. All models come with a series of features that improve the driving experience.

Platinum:

Those who choose to go with the Platinum model will get to take advantage of a standard Entune JBL Audio system with Navigation, an eight-way power driver's seat, a frameless auto-dimming rearview mirror, heated front seats, push-button start and a power liftgate. Other features highlighted in many 2017 Toyota RAV4 reviews include SofTex seats, ambient footwell lighting, plush floor mats and a heated steering wheel.

SE:

The Hybrid's new SE trim arrives with SofTex-covered seats, LED headlights and taillights, a honeycomb grille, sports floor mats, door sill protectors and a 4.2-inch multi-information display. It also comes in two interior schemes: Black or Black and Cinnamon.

Power & Performance

A 176-horsepower 2.5L four-cylinder engine, which generates 172 lb.-ft. of torque, is fitted on the RAV4. It is coupled with a six-speed automatic transmission, and delivers first-class performance.

The RAV4 Hybrid gets a 2.5L four-cylinder engine and an electric motor that work together to produce 194 horsepower. Backed by an all-wheel drive system, the components help offer an EPA-estimated 32 mpg combined, 34 mpg city and 30 mpg highway.

Safety Systems

All RAV4 models are standard with Toyota Safety Sense P this year. In the bundle, you'll find Pre-Collision with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, Automatic High Beams, Automatic Emergency Braking and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control.
