The Eisemann Center near Dallas is kicking off the holiday season with the world-renowned ballet, “The Nutcracker.”

Playing between Friday, Nov. 27 and Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015, “The Nutcracker” will feature principle dancers from the New York City Ballet, as well as dancers from Chamberlain Performing Arts. Established in 1984 as the Chamberlain Ballet, Chamberlain Performing Arts is a Plano-based dance company that features a wonderful program of performances and top-tier talent.

“The Nutcracker” is one of the most famous ballets in the world, enchanting audiences with a phenomenal score by Tchaikovsky, breathtaking choreography and incredible sets. Telling the story of a young girl who finds herself in the magical “Land of Sweets,” the ballet features classics such as “The Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy,” “Waltz of the Snowflakes” and “The Dance of the Sweets.”
