Assistant Controller/Office Manager

Toyota of Dallas is looking for an Assistant Controller/Office Manager to help manage our accounting office and internal processes. We are looking for someone that is highly organized and willing to take charge of this opportunity.  Toyota of Dallas is located in the heart of Dallas at I635 and I35.  Their brand new state of the art building will be completed at the end of October and they will be moving into their new facility in early November. What you'll do

  • Oversee the accounting functions and all daily activity in the accounting office
  • Ensure proper controls are maintained at all times
  • Manage an office staff  up to 6 individuals
  • Ensure the accounting records remain current and free of material misstatements
  • Maintain the integrity of the accounting records and safeguard all confidential files
  • Additional duties include maintaining vehicle inventory and providing administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed

What you have

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a dealership
  • ADP experience required
  • Full working knowledge of all aspects and functions of each desk in the accounting office
  • Ability to manage an office and adhere to strict reporting deadlines
  • Complete and thorough understanding of the general ledger and mechanics of the dealership accounting manuals.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Above Average Excel Skills)
  • Strong written and communication skills

Quick Lube Technician:

Immediate opening for the full-time position of Automotive Express Maintenance Technician at a large automobile dealer in North Dallas. This is an entry level position with opportunity for advancement in a drug-free workplace that pays hourly plus benefits. Average work week is 40 hours. Schedule is subject to variance as business needs may require. Starting pay is $10 per hour with opportunity for increase based upon peer performance review.
 All candidates must be able to work any shift from 7:00AM to 7:00PM Monday through Friday and 7:00AM to 5:00PM on Saturday. Occasional overtime may be required. Also, all candidates must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, have a clean background check and submit to drug screening as a condition of hiring as well as continued employment.

Additionally the technician may write vehicle damage repair estimates, repair broken or worn mechanical and technology components, maintain repair and service records, install equipment, components, and systems, test vehicles both before and after repair. Automotive Sales Professional:

Responsibilities:

  • Greets customer on sales floor and takes them through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps, selling policies and procedures
  • Details vehicle features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive
  • Provides new vehicle to customer through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.
  • Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clientele
  • Develop a prospecting system; makes follow up calls to those potential customers and sets appointments

Automotive Service Advisor:

We are looking for a proven and experienced Service Advisor looking to take their career to the next level. The primary goals for a Service Advisor are to utilize their product knowledge and maintain and manage a customer's request regarding all aspects of their vehicle and warranties. The objective is to serve client needs while uncovering opportunities for sales to generate departmental profits.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and acknowledge customers on the service drive
  • Gather customer information
  • Present maintenance menu and request permission to complete any open recalls
  • Communicate over the phone, via email or text with customer the estimate of repairs and delivery time
  • Confirm transportation needs
  • Maintain an at or above national average CSI score and follow up with all guest issues or concerns to insure customer satisfaction
  • Perform the 10 step Service Drive Process including the Walk Around
  • Follow up with customer within 24 hours of dealership visit
